For any CHARTERED TRIPS that you wish to have created, and prepared to pay for minimum 5 seats, there is an automated booking site here which has to be completed more than 48 hours before the trip starts: "Book a charter trip now"

We can then try and make up your numbers to the minimum seats and then refund after your application once the trip(s) finished, providing no additional mileage or time involved.
